Our Office Hours
How to reach us when you need us.
Our team is ready to respond to requests at a moment's notice between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, with the exception of a few holidays.
We recognize that for some of our clients, their business hours may occasionally extend into evenings and weekends. When scheduled in advance, off-hours appointments are available on an as-needed basis at no additional charge, pending the availability of our staff.
Emergency Off-Hours Support
Off-hours emergency support is available for existing clients, depending upon the availability of our staff and the nature and severity of the request.
The fastest way to receive attention during off-hours is to submit a help desk request and indicate that you require off-hours assistance, completely describing the scope of your critical issue. This automatically generates a notification to your account manager and help desk staff who can then assess the situation and respond accordingly or delegate the request to another available staff member.
Submitting a help desk request is preferable and more likely to receive a prompt response than leaving a voicemail at our office.

- May 28: Memorial Day
- Jul 4: Independence Day
- Sep 3: Labor Day
- Nov 22-23: Thanksgiving Holiday
- Dec 24-26: Christmas Holiday
